We do not incline our ears to His Word because we know Him.
We do not accept the truth because we can hear Him too.
We see visions and dream dreams so we are closer to Him.
We have stayed in His house for some years so He is our friend.
We can engage and decipher the realms of the spirit so we are expects.
Oh! I can feel the power within me now.
Oh! I have been given the authority.
Interesting, did I only have to surrender to Him only on the first day of my salvation?
Was this His plan at all?
Surrendering on the first day and forever journeying till we expire?
No! We have only missed the essence of the power so we don’t see why we should surrender each day.
Self has found his way in our hearts once more.
Pride swims in our pools.
The works of redemption seems void.
Oh man, why do you forget the voice of salvation?
Open your eyes and see the cries of salvation.
For He cries aloud “surrender oh ye people”.
You know not where you go entirely.
The journey is not what you are seeing.
The work is not what you are doing.
Your feeble minds cannot even comprehend His name.
Your thinking cannot grasp His ways.
You hold on a little bit with your pride and see!
You wait for a demon to get hold of you!
You wait for the world to ensnare you just a little!
You wait for self to betray you!
Then you will realize the essence of surrendering always to the King.
Then you will know how miserable you are.
There is no time to spare, no time to waste.
No matter who you are, no matter how you think you know Him.
No matter how far you think you are on this journey, remember, you only know in part, you know not all.
Report to your Saviour, He can’t be left out of the scene.
Surrender to Jesus, surrender to Him each day.
